What is Web Design?
A Web Design is another avenue of promotion for your business. The front-end (what the visitors see) needs to be designed in a way that is easy to navigate around, and to draw the visitors in. Remember, a visitor on average isn’t on a website for very long, so you need to get their attention straight away to convert a visitor into a customer.

Why do I need a Website?
A Website allows people to view your products 24/7. At the end of a long day you can head home, put your feet up or even go out for dinner and people from anywhere in the world can visit your website and not need to talk to you. If you have a Shopping Cart System, people can even buy your products while you sleep!

What should I have in my Website?
The Website should produce a detail description about your business and products. It can have as little or as much information as you think your potential customers need. Having the information they need can alleviate the same phone calls asking the most simple questions, allowing you to allocate your time to more important tasks.

How long will it take to complete a Website?
If you have the copy (text) for your site written before the design process begins, it generally takes 3 to 6 weeks from start to finish depending on complexity of brief. Copy should be in electronic format. Not having your copy completed before the design process can significantly delay the production of your site.

How many changes can I request to the drafts?
This depends on the size of the Website. For a basic website offer two lots of changes at no additional charge. We’ll make as many changes as necessary until your approval has been met. We do ask for a final sign off to the design after the second lot of changes as we will have received all of your feedback by then.

Can I make changes after I approve the draft?
Yes, you can make as many changes as you feel the need to, however design changes performed after the maximum amount allotted for the complexity of the Website and after you have approved the concept will be charged at an hourly rate or fixed cost per lot of extra changes.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We completely guarantee our design work. We provide an initial concept based on the creative brief we put together prior to designing. We take your entire list and tweak until the design is just right. We also allow another final revision cycle of the website once all content has been inserted, to make sure your site is ready before launch.

Can you explain the design process?
Step One – Contact Us
Simply use our contact form to send us a short description of your project. We can review the details, specific requirements and the end result you want for your site. Next, we’ll provide you with a quote for the total cost of your site creation. This interaction provides us both with the information and insights we need to decide if our relationship will be mutually beneficial. If we are agreed – we move onto step 2.
Step Two – Make a deposit
You’ll be provided with an invoice for 50% of the total of your quote. This deposit can be made via direct deposit, check by mail or in person. We also accept credit card and PayPal payments for smaller projects under $500.
Step Three -Your thoughts are very important
While we may be the Website design professionals, you have hold all the important information about your business, your customers, your likes and dislikes that will make your Website a success. With you, we will establish a creative brief. This helps us understand your goals for look and feel of the Website. Some of the topics cover navigation, calls to action and other elements required on the home and sub page templates we will be designing.
Step Four – Your feedback
We will provide you with a design concept within two weeks of our creative briefing. Your feedback will help us to determine which direction to take. We may only need to do some tweaking, or we may be ready to go!
Step Five- Test and launch
Once the final design has been approved, we construct the Website, this can include Forms, Flash, Search Functions and fully test its functionality. Once everything has been approved by you, we make your Website live. We make sure that your site can be viewed as intended in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and other common browsers and resolutions. The Web design process generally takes anywhere from 3 – 6 weeks. To alleviate any unnecessary delays, we recommend that you have the majority of your copy written (and proofed) before your design begins.

What is a Website Re-Design?
Designing an existing Website with concentration on Overall strategy, Functionality, Ease of Navigation, Overall Graphic Presentation, Reduce Download Time, Search Engine Optimization.

What is Website Maintenance?
If you have the need for changes Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Quarterly we can taylor a Website Maintenance Package to your needs. This means you know the cost upfront, we know what needs to be done upfront and can prepare to make the changes as needed at anytime without your potential customers looking at old information and images.

What is your payment policy and what type of payments do you accept?
We receive 50% of your estimated total as a deposit prior to beginning work. The final payment is due immediately upon completion of the project or sooner if the Website project is delayed by client. We will accept credit cards for smaller projects under $500. We accept Visa, Mastercard or PayPal payments. Your project will begin once we have received a signed contract and down payment.

Can you make Flash Animations for my Website?
Yes. We make flash intros, flash banners and animated presentations.

Can I see samples of your work?
Yes, you can view not only our Website Design, but also our Logo and Print Design.

Can you use my company’s existing Logo and Brochure?
Yes. We can use your company’s existing logo and brochure. We use these to continue your Brand through to the Website Design, it’s important to keep all promotional collateral co-hesive.
